The Time Life stool, known to be one of Ray Eames's favourite designs, came in three basic designs. This version is sometimes referred to as Shape C. In the original Herman Miller catalogue it was also called model 413. It measures 38 centimetres in height and almost 34 centimetres in diameter.  

The stool is eleven years old and has some minor scratches that do not, however, detract from all the Mad Men era cool these stools evoke.
