Pair vintage armchairs, 1950's ca, bought near Rome, Italy.  This pair dates from the late 50's/early 60's combining glamour with function.  The 50's lines get more curvy on the frame creating a more "loungy" feeling than in the previous decade.  The original raspberry colour quality vinyl upholstery has a decoratif "marble" effect in black, giving depth to the piece.  An elegant trim detail around the edges gives lots of character. Good size armchairs and very comfortable. Wooden polished legs with brass detail at front.  Both armchairs are in very good original vintage condition.  They sell together.  The price is for the pair.
